Emerald Green Bow

Sunday, October 13, 2013

Hello there! I am enjoying fall. The plan was to take advantage of this long weekend and reorganize my closet as I have added some new fall pieces but it doesn't look like any of it will happen. Instead, I have been sewing. I wore this outfit earlier today for church then brunch with Michael. The look is inspired by the recent Stella Jean lookbook. I love her mixture of basic prints with wild prints so in this look, I paired a basic gingham shirt with a floral print skirt. The skirt is actually part of a dress that detaches. So I can wear it as a dress or detach it and have two separate pieces, a skirt and a top.
By the way, this is my first blog post with a full face make up. I am clearly new to it but I am learning so much and I definitely think it will get better.
