IMG_9024
So here is look two from my weekend in New Jersey. I wore this during the night for the reception. This dress has already been featured on the blog. I made it last year for an African themed formal event and haven't worn it since. For my cousin's reception, I wanted to make this pretty dress with tulle and ankara but I saw this dress peeking out my closet and figured why make a dress when I can simply wear this. The statement of the night was definitely my ear cuffs. I love the extra pizzaz it added to the look. On another note, I have been receiving many requests and questions about my sewing. I will answer all your questions in my next post. If you have any questions that you want answered, simply leave a comment or send an email. Enjoy your weekend.

    1. Thanks. It's a heavy- like chiffon fabric. Most chiffons are supper light but this was a bit heavy. I used two layers of blue and purple
